India Would Be Responsible For Its Defeat In Birmingham Test, Danish Kaneria Slammed Indian Batters: The fourth day of the Birmingham Test (ENG vs IND) witnessed a poor performance by the Indian batsmen against England and the team lost their wickets at regular intervals.
Former Pakistan leg-spinner Danish Kaneria blamed poor shot selection for India’s dismal performance in the second innings. According to Kaneria, despite the English bowlers not putting in much effort, the Indian batsmen lost their wickets.
On the fourth day, India started the day with a score of 125/3, and they had a lead of 257 runs. However, the Indian innings were reduced to a score of 245. The team lost its last seven wickets for 92 runs. Ben Stokes took four wickets for England.

ENG vs IND: Reviewing the fourth day’s play, Kaneria blamed the Indian batsmen for failing to put up good totals on the board. Their batsmen should have spent more time at the crease and taken the game deeper. But that did not happen. Kaneria targeted the Indian batsmen for playing a bad shot.
