IND vs ENG: Indian Selectors Need To Think About These Three Players Future In Team India, Saba Karim: The future of Indian cricket was shown in IPL 2022, and some great players emerged. Meanwhile, many veteran players were seen struggling, and now it is being said that they have failed to change their game according to the demand of T20 cricket.
Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were among those veterans who yearned to score runs. On the other hand, KL Rahul scored many runs, but his strike rate remained a matter of concern most of the time.
These three players are a key part of the Indian team, but there are also players like Ishan Kishan who have put pressure on them by performing brilliantly in the T20 format. Seniors like Rohit, KL and Virat are under pressure to prove their mettle in T20 International cricket.

This year the T20 World Cup is to be played in Australia. The selectors will soon pick a squad to come home with the trophy. Former India wicketkeeper-batsman and selector Saba Karim feels Kohli, Rohit and Rahul will be a part of the playing 11 in the Indian T20 team, but they need to change their game.
Hindustan Times quoted Saba Karim saying, ‘It will be a difficult decision for the selectors. At this point, I am sure that Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli will be a part of the playing 11. If this kind of criticism is going against him, then it will be up to him how he finds a solution so that there is a better exit.
The former selector said, ‘If this does not happen, then the team management or the selectors will have to have a tough conversation with these players personally because tough competition is coming.’
Saba Karim feels that Indian batsmen have enough experience to make necessary changes. He said, “The players we are talking about have enough experience to make changes in their batting, so it is an advantage for the national team. I hope these three understand the need for modern T20 batting.
