The second test match between India and Sri Lanka ( IND vs SL ) to be played in Bangalore will be played with pink ball and it will be a day-night match. For this match, 50% of the spectators have been allowed to come to the stadium. This has been confirmed by the Karnataka State Cricket Association itself. KSCA spokesperson Vinay Mruthyunjaya said in an interview to InsideSport,
At present, according to the rules of the Government of Karnataka, 50 percent of the spectators will be allowed during the Bangalore Test. For the time being, we are not going to request the government to allow more audience than this.
Ticket sales will start from March 1
Ticket sales for this Day-Night Test match (IND vs SL) to be played in Bangalore are going to start soon. It will start from March 1 on the website of the Karnataka State Cricket Association. At the same time, inside the stadium, spectators can get tickets from March 6. The ticket price is expected to range from Rs.100 to Rs.2500
This match will be played from 2 pm to 9 pm. KSCA is also considering inviting school students to this match. After Virat Kohli resigned from the captaincy of Test, it has been handed over to Rohit Sharma. This will be the first Test series for Rohit as captain.
