Ranji Trophy 2022: Sarfaraz Khan To receive National Call: The bat of the Mumbai cricket team’s young batsman Sarfaraz Khan has spoken a lot in domestic cricket for the last few years. This batsman has also scored more than nine hundred runs in the current season.
In the first innings of the final match of the ongoing Ranji season being played in Bangalore, he played a crucial inning of 134 runs against Madhya Pradesh. Seeing his tremendous performance, everyone is talking about his entry into the Indian Test team.
According to the Times of India report, this batsman can get a chance in the Test series against Bangladesh in November. On the first day of the final match, Sarfaraz Khan batted. After scoring 40 runs on the first day, he returned unbeaten.

On the second day, he batted brilliantly and hit a four in the fifth ball of the 114th over to complete his fourth century of the season. As Mumbai’s first innings ended at 374, he was dismissed for 134 runs in 243 balls, with 12 fours and two sixes.
According to the Times of India report, a BCCI source said,
“It is impossible to ignore them now. His performance speaks about his tremendous potential and puts pressure on many in the Indian team. When the selectors select the Indian team for the Bangladesh test series, they will be selected. He did well for India A in South Africa last year and is a fine fielder”.
Sarfaraz Khan has also maintained his excellent form from last season this season. So far this season, he has scored 922 runs in eight innings for a 153.66 average.
Earlier in the 2019-20 Ranji season, he had scored 928 runs at an average of 154.66 in six matches. Sarfaraz’s best quality is his ability to play long innings; this season, his most centuries have been converted into big scores.
